Dr. Fleifel, the Dean of the Institute, the
Vice-Deans and the Professors have the honor to welcome the distinguished
invitees, Ambassadors of Guinea, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Liberia,
Senegal, Nigeria,
Niger,
and Ghana, and welcome Mr. Kabine Komara, Head of Administration of the African
Export-Import Bank on the occasion of the introduction of the "Manding" language
"N'KO" in the language department as the fourth language in the Institute.
This important ceremony will be held on Monday 7th
October 2002 at 12:00 noon.
